yeah i think i like the c2's better. but do you guys think that "polished" look rims are going to make my car look more purple? my car is that grey w/purplish tint to it. i thought maybe black or gunmetal might set off the paint better (more greyish).. what about this? ADR Adrenaline

becareful with RH wheels man, they bend like crazy. I have seen so many dent with just a llittle bump.

   i drive on d.c. streets.... :( are those adr's "hard"? can you get the "hardness" specs from somewhere?thanks for the heads up. you may just have saved me a thousand bucks! OMG :talon:

ive had my C2s on my car for awhile, and one of the reasons i bought them was because they DONT bend when you hit a bump, these arent like you cheap wheelmax wheels, these are very high quality, and i have yet to see something go wrong with them that i didnt cause

I also have C3's, and they're more durable than the stockers. It's a substantial wheel; probably not much lighter than stock, but at least I haven't bent them like I did the originals.

The RH finish, on the other hand, is complete crap. In Reno we have a lot of airborne grit and then there's the crap these hwy dept clowns throw all over the streets at the slightest sign of weather. A little of this and the RH clearcoat is absolutely useless. Rain they can take but anything more and it flakes right off like they spraybombed it on. It's a fine wheel but now I have to refinish all four of them with powdercoat, after buffing the rims back to shine.

There's no reason an aftermarket wheel finish needs to be babied and the wheels need to be taken off the car in moderate weather when there are thousands and thousands of factory alloys that don't.

hum...ok thanks. i think i would rather get the adrenalines then. i bet poweder coated gunmetal will "age" better.i dont know tho. again, thanks for your help guys. :talon:

i like the top one.

about RH wheels denting easy...ive had C5s on my car for over 2 years and never had a problem, but then hit a MONSTER pot hole on a Durham interstate going bout 70 and this was the result....

^^^^ can you get that fixed? what about how the other guy said the clear coat doesnt hold up for shit? :talon:

i think i can get it fixed, imma probably take it to a shop once i get some money and see if they can bang it out somehow. as far as the clear coat i havent had any problem whatsoever with it...except for the dented wheel.

after it got dented the clear coat started to actually flake and peal off around the dented area, but i figure that thats understandble considering the metal was bent, forcing the coatin to crack.

but as for the other 3 rims, they are all fine and clean very nice with some Eagle 1 and, so far i have had no problems with them, and would recommend RH's to anyone...i even went as far as to buy a 5th whell for the trunk.

personally i would buy them all over again if i had to.
