-10% global with 660's !?!?!?!?!

well I just made the jump to DSMLink ... I first started out with around -30 global but the car wasnt running well and it was knocking at boost, I thought this was weird considering I have 660 injectors ... to make a long story short, my 02 sensor was dead so I started pig rich at around 0 global and started working my way down .... in a nutshell I found that with -10 global and somewhere around -15 from 5k up to 6k I was getting no knock, around 20% timing, and the car was pulling fairly well for 1 bar of boost ... now my questinos are as follows:

(1) Whats up with my injectors??

notes: base fp of 38 psi at idle with vacuum hose attached, seeing around 50% duty cycle when pinning it with 15 psi

- should I try upping the fuel pressure? run some injector cleaner? or perhaps completely pull them out and flow test them?

(2) Is ~20 degress timing at WOT decent or should I lower timing a bit up top?

I am confused. If you are running -10% on global, and then -15% on the open loop sliders, then you are at a total of -25% which makes sense for 660's.
 
I'm sorry I should have better clarified .. I meant -5% on the slider making a combined negative 15% ....

15 psi (havent touched past 6k ... added tonnes of fuel at idle to smooth it out)

DEAD TIME : 375 !?!?! (I dont understand this)

STFT at idle is 0 and at wot is around 6-8

FP : 38 psi at idle (vaccum line connected)

injector duty cycle at WOT (6k @ 15psi): ~50%

NOTES: timing is around 15-20 psi at idle and between 2k-4k around 25-30 degrees and around 20 degrees at WOT


any help is greatly appreciated !!!! I'm still learning ...
 
Zero out the timing until you get the fuel fixed.

You have a big issue with he fuel system there. Either you are tuning wrong, or your injectors are the wrong size, or some other problems.
 
yeah cuz i got 660's and im running -15 to -20 and i got a 2g mas on a 1g car which is another 20 so i would have to run like -30 -35 at least on stock mas.
