03 evo keyless entry help!?!?

So my keyless entry will not work. It will neither lock or unlock the car. the powerlocks work tho inside still. The keyless system is a aftermarket Clifford system.

Now here is the catch, the keyless worked just fine this morning. I took the car in to get the windows tinted. And when i picked up, BAM, no longer works.

I have checked the fuse in the clifford box, all the other fuses for car, as well as made sure all wires were connected. Please help me fix this.
