- Bought as 4th owner 80k miles came with rims and exhaust. Car broke up around 5k rpm WOT found out after installing boost gauge it was over boost, I fabricated 02 housing and deleted internal wastegate and converted to external for better flow this fixed the problem after opening the turbine housing to direct more exhaust gas to wastage. a year later car developed rod knock using my parts car engine i swapped them after a full refresh and proper rebuild with stock parts and acl bearings Arp head studs.
