when i start my car up and its still cold, sometimes ill be going and the car will start to spit and sputter and i have to floor it to clear it up. it does it almost everytime i run the car befor eits at normal running temp. i know my isc is shit cuz it clicks when i turn the car off and it surges at idle. would that sputtering problem be because of the isc or would it be something else? thanks
