This is a question regarding brake pads. I have already replaced them and they still make noise! I believe it is just dirt or water because of the season. Anyways my question is what are some quality brake pads to buy that fit on a 2g? What kind are you guys using?
thanks.

Very stupid question, but how do you apply the anti-squeal compound. I found nothing wrong with my brakes, just that one squeaks.

It goes between the shim and the back of the pad. If you can squeeze toothpaste onto a brush, you can add anti-squeal to your brakes.

Thank you jtmcinder for the response. My pads didn't come with anti-squeal what do you recommend I buy?
thanks

usually when I buy brake pads they ask me if I want the anti-squeal compound also. go figure. just go the auto parts store and buy some, it usually comes in a little packet. you can also get it in a spray can.
