Wont Start Please Help!!!!

i have a 96 gst. i installed an evo III turbo, lower and upper intercooler piping, 550 cc injectors, SAFC II, 255 fuel pump, i drove the car for one week and towards 5000 rpm the car started to buck and it got to the point where it was doing it at 3000 rpms, Finally it was running extremely rich and the SAFC II was reading 95 MHZ at idle. it fouled the plugs out so i pulled the 550 injectors out and replaced them with the stock ones and uninstalled the SAFC II. The car still loaded up at idle and wouldnt go above 3000 rpm. Finally it got to the point where it just wont start. I've changed ECU's and MAF sensor. Also i installed new plugs in at the very beginning. I am getting spark and fuel so i know thats not the problem. PLEASE HELP

im somewhat surprised you continued to drive the car while it was bucking... but i had sort of the same thing happen with one of my other car's, i overboosted and fried 3 out of 4 of my piston rings.. if there's any oil in your spark plugs i'd consider a compression check to see if you need a rebuild.. as with any non starting problem check the obvious first so you dont end up spending money you dont need to, air, fuel, spark, timeing, etc.. sorry if i couldnt be much help but i hope you get it figured out, i know how frustrateing it can be to have your car on the sidelines
