Just curious, but when my subs are hitting the only thing that rattles is my wing up agaisnt the metal of the hatch it lays on. My question is how to get the wing off so that i can put like felt inbetween the wing and the hatch to prevent the rattle. Thanks alot for the help.

That wasn't my question LOL. Someone has to have taken off their wing for some purpose or another?

access the bolts that hold it on through the hatch inside.

and get some dynamat or other sound deadening material and cut out a pattern and mate between the 2 parts.

drop the frequency of your bass too. subs are meant to HIT
not groan and moan

Actually I dont know how to lower the frequency. I think I might be able to figure it out but what number should it be set at?

Just stand up on your hatch and grab a hold of it and start pulling, it is just stuck on with sticky tape and will tear off with enough force. (SARCASM) :thumb:
