Will i get boost creep if i port the Exhaust Manifold and the O2 Sensor Housing and maybe the turbo? I have a s16g and I will be getting a 3" turbo back with a test pipe.

On an internal gate, the key to not getting boost creep is in the porting.
Hog out everything and port match the turbo, gasket to the O2 housing. The huge area to consentrate on is the wastegate tube on the O2 housing. Make it as large and as smooth as you can without cutting the walls to thin. Also enlarge the wastegate tube where it converges into the exhaust wheel side(right were the O2 sensor is).
Then polish everything smooth.

I have a 50 trim with an internal gate and this is what I did. No creep at all.

I could run 15-16 psi steady all day long. I never tried to turn it lower. I run 19-20psi now with the same results(MKIV IC). I'm just waiting for my new FMIC to arrive before I turn it up more.

ps to the guy that posted the thread.....also make sure you port match it to the DP. Don't over port the O2 housing, making it larger than the DP.
You don't want any steps where the pieces meet.
Where my O2 housing meets the DP, it's almost exactly 2.5"

Hope this helps
