Will '97-'99 headlights fit on a '95?

I see a lot of aftermarket lights for sale on the net that are specifically made for the '97-'99 Eclipse. I have a '95 Talon...will those '97-'99 Eclipse lights bolt right onto mine?....if not, what kind of modifications are necessary to make them work? Any info would be great. Thanks!

They will work, but their will be a gap. Unless you get a 97-99 bumper.

Well, if that's the case where my bumper also needs to be replaced with a 97-99 one, how does it work when they sell body kits such as this one where it states that its for 1995 through 1999?? If the bumpers are different, how can this body kit accomodate for the different light styles?? Sorry for the stupid question, but I just bought my first DSM last week.

Just use the search feature and you can find out about the gaps and everything. Most of the kits made now a days are stricktly for 97+eclipses but they add the 95-99 on there for marketing purposes. They know that people that dont know the differences will buy it anyways and just live with the gap or just complain about it and sell it to someone else and pretty much go out and buy the same kit again.

It can't be a universal kit for 95-99...call them and ask which headlight style was used to create it...If they can't answer you or don't know, either don't buy the kit (becuase they obviously don't know squat about their product applications) or be prepared to do a bit more work when it comes to fitting the kit and cutting and filling for the headlights.
