Does anyone have any information and/or pics of where they mounted there crossovers when upgrading the front speakers?

Thanks,
-Brian

If passive, I found the best place to be under the passenger seat, all speaker leads are in the harness there. That is if your mounting components int he stock speaker location (dash/door).

I dont know what kind of components you are working with, or if the crossover is small, but if just a small one that isnt fancy and your not worried about showing it off I would put it in the door with the speakers. This make the install easy due to less wiring. When I worked at Best Buy thats what we did with all our rockford crossovers if the woofer and tweeter were both going in the door. If you do put it in the door mount it or it will rattle.:talon:

I didn't have a stock amp so I made a plate out of some high density plastic from ebay and mounted them under my CD player in the 1/2 din spot under the CD player.
