where i can find the wipers relay?

my wipers stopped working and i need to know where is the relay because first the only wiper speed that was working was the fastest one but know none of the speed works please help theres a lot of rain here in Puerto Rico

just wondering, but im not sure, what are the speeds on the wipers? mine has off, another off (probably bad), then moderate (no stopping), then super mode.

isnt there supposed to be one where it wipes like every 7 seconds?

The windshield intermittent wiper relay is located in the steering column.
