What I have been working on

Well my 700 dollar car hs been at my house for a month now. It was stock when I bought it and now it is alittle better. I have added a full 3inch exhaust from the o2 back, a 2g mani, hard uicp with a greddy type bov(I know I am not supposed to vent and I have a maft at the house I am just waiting for the gm maf to get here) , innovate wideband, autometer fp, boost and egt gauge, slotted and crossdrilled rotors and 2g chrome wheels. Aside from all the gaskets and plugs, wires, ect.... That is where I am at now. It drives quite well and I am very happy. Comments welcome.

I posted these in a thread when I bought the car. I have since found a gas door. I will get the dents fixed and paint the car(same color) next year sometime.(after I run 12's)

Funny you should askl that, When I replaced my mani I ended up breakind a stud off on the turbo housing. After about 5 drill bits and 3 hopurs I gave up tring to drill it out. I got a blown 14b from a friend and havent got around to swapping the exhaust housings out.

You could try taking it to a machine shop to get it out. I was lucky and didn't break any on mine. (knock on wood.)

So you just built that pipe yourslef? How did you hook the BOV onto the pipe? Also, so you can just run a direct pipe from your turbo to you aircleaner? What you did is the same thing i want to do, so any help would be awsome.

I imagine he bought the pipe with a flange for that BOV.

He is using a GM Mass Air Flow Sensor with a translator. It is hooked up immediately before his Thorttle Body so he doesn't need the stock MAF (and can also vent to atmo )


I love that color on 2GB's!
