weak idle with video

Having a wierd idle and issue when giving it gas also. The car will idle real low like 400ish barely running. It should be idling at 1000, i recently replaced the tps and it was iding ok but something happened and it doesn't really make a difference when i adjust the biss or tps.i have no boost leaks. Only thing i can think of is the cas i recently adjusted when i swapped the throttle body. Would this be a possible cause if it wasn't right?

Also when i floor the gas it barely does anything. Goes to maybe 800.

That doesn't sound good at all. Are you sure you don't have a boost leak?

Did you set the base timing when you replaced the Cas?

I didnt replace the cas only adjusted it, base timing was set correctly before though.

Ok the only thing the Cas is used for it to adjust base timing. So question 1 is why did you adjust it if base timing was set? Question 2 why did you not set base timing if you knew it was off?

I did not set base timing, someone else did, it was right, but i noticed that my cas wasent actually screwed on tight with the nuts(it had none) so i put some on it but i guess accidentally moved it.
