I have a 1990 Talon Tsi Awd. The engine runs and has recently been rebuilt. I got the car for very cheap and my brother has a 1990 gsx so i know what i was getting into. The car has leather seats and new tires. Today a lot of tranmission or clutch fluid leaked out and now the car will start but the clutch will not engine and goes will stay down. Could i get an explanation... The car was not overheating nor low on oil. id like to know what to do with it. thanks a lot. i appreaciate it in advance.

If you can, then get a repair manual. This will help lot's. I think I would start by checking all fluid lines into the tranny. Where did it leak from exactly? If you can find this then we can pinpoint and walk you thru the proper repair methods! :thumb:

do you mean the clutch engages but will stay down if that your master clutch cylinder is probally bad which would explain the fluid leaking when this happened to mine it leaked inside my car onto the rug what i did was i went down to napa u could go to any parts store and get some clutch fluid in your repair manual it will tell you where they cylinder is in mine its located looking at the engine in the upper right hand corner put the fluid in then if u can do it yourself fix it or take it to a shop

i think thats what you were talking about if i have any faulty info please correct me but i think im right on this one
