Valve Cover Color

I'm bidding on a 1G (1990) turbo engine on EBAY and the valve cover appears to have blue lettering rather than the typical red. Is this a different HP model?

My understanding was that there was a ~220Hp "Cyclone" version sold in Japan that had an all red valve cover but I have not seen any with the blue lettering before.

Why does it matter, the VC will not give you anymore HP. But no, there was not a VC with blue anything sold on ANY DSM VC to include Euro-spec or J-spec

Are you sure I can't get more HP by changing the color? Actually, I thought that perhaps the normally aspirated engines had blue lettering and the seller was trying to pass it off as a turbo version.

Turbo and non turbo valve covers are the exact same, as long as it's a 2.0.
