Under Dash Wires???

Hi,

I was wondering whether anyone of you knows what are the following wires for - I was checking my wiring for the cd player and saw these three in the center console not hooked to anything. Do you know what are they for?

I am pretty sure they were for the stock option of a cd changer in the later model eclipses.

Thanks guys, I thought they were some things that I haven't hooked right because my CD Player does not remember the radio stations and CD tracks when I shut the car which is unusual and I guessed it has to do with that.

red wire on aftermarket cd palyer = memory backup/battery constant.

that is what you are missing.

1st pic is for factory CD changer

2nd pic looks like your light that goes in your ashtray. If you pop the ashtry/cupholder assembly out, you'll see where it goes.

3rd pic - I don't know. Don't think I have that one.

Hi,

Excuse my ingnorance but for #2 shouldn't there be a bulb there if it is a light for the ashtray - I am missing ashtray and cupholder parts there - the lids only I guess but I will put this on if I could find bulb for it - do you know the part number for that?

the big black one with a weird prong connector is the stock infiniti 6 cd changer
