I'm not a horn toot-er by nature, but, this system is incredible. I'm an experienced automotive mechanical engineer who has put years of effort into the design and fabrication of this setup that makes me confident to say this is the best "kit" you can buy if you're interest is reduced turbo spool time and/or optimized intercooler performance for a 4G63 engine aimed at drag race or autocross setups.
What is for sale?
Intercooler kit with hoses, fittings, core, pump, radiator, all of the mentioned already thought of and modified to optimize package, mass, and cost efficiency. The cost efficiency is negligible based on the fact that I'm selling the system as a kit that you don't have to source, modify, design, and fabricate to make sense for the 4G63 platform.
Why am I selling it then? My company is moving me to California, and after years of tinkering my new goal is to make my 2gb DSM as reliable, cost efficient, and light as possible with the minimalization of need for future teaks. I need my setup to simply work, all the time, without things being a fully optimized experiment. So I've purchased a punishment FMIC kit, HTA68 turbo, and JMF intake manifold and plan to "simplify" my setup to the point where I can rely on ~350hp and no longer expect to experiment to eek out further performance.
Specific parts included (major components, many extra's at my dime included):
Air/Water Intercooler Setup - $700:
Cyclone Intake/Throttle Body/Vacuum Manifold Setup - $300:
Both of the above for $900 picked up, or shipped for $1000+buyers expense
Contact me with any questions, happy to describe why my toils are an absolute bargain at this price point!
Best wishes in building you're build! Cheers, Mason

Specific parts included (major components, many extra's at my dime included):
Air/Water Intercooler Setup - $700:
- Air/water core: http://www.frozenboost.com/air_water-ic/long-flow-style-water-to-air-intercooler-p-333.html
- above modified with 90° welded in elbows that minimize length of intercooler system for 4G63 package
- above modified to include temp sensors for air inlet/outlet, water inlet/outlet temp sensors. Just incase you're a nerd or plan to adjust you plan to adjust your engine tune based on these parameters. I can include the gauges I bought for monitoring these temp's for an extra $100 if you're interested, which includes a dash cluster gauge package (see images)
- Dedenbear WP3 water pump (https://www.summitracing.com/parts/...cTIMObP72LsrUnjWdDKzPGrj0v9rLUvBoCuPwQAvD_BwE) and custom fabricated (with stick welder, don't judge these welds!) bracket to bolt directly to 2g chassis in passenger front wheel well area
- Custom fabricated turbo outlet pipe to mate directly to TD05/16g/HTA68/14b turbo. This is the shortest physically turbo route from the compressor wheel to the throttle body.
- Required silicone adapters/reducers/expanders/stainless steel t-bolt clamps to make the above work
- Radiator with welded tabs and necessary mounts to but into a 2g eclipse
- All hoses required with the exception of where/how you want to mount an "ice tank" for ultimate drag strip/autocross performance. Current hose lengths assume this tank will be in the front passenger seat footwell and are sized/terminated appropriately. Only thing missing is this tank and some creative freedom on how you want to fasten it: http://www.frozenboost.com/liquid-air-adapter/water-to-air-ice-box-reservoir-p-1227.html
- Temp sensors mentioned above shipped in the installed condition
Cyclone Intake/Throttle Body/Vacuum Manifold Setup - $300:
- Cyclone manifold, fully refurbished with all new rubber (seals), gaskets, bolts, etc. Functioning vacuum components. Electric actuator for cycling included (experimental project I did not complete). Set to actuate from my DSMLink V3 fuel pressure regulator solenoid. Use this, or choose to continue with the electric actuator I provide if you choose (CAD drawing and raw material included if you're going this route). Ported and gasket-matched, honed. Butterfly valves taper-edged. There is not a better flowing cyclone manifold out there. Powder coated in "industrial grey (my name for this color, made to put the power down!)
- Vacuum/boost manifold with custom welded AN-connection to manifold (included) with fittings for all correct hose size for brake booster, fuel pressure solenoid, boost gauge, etc.
- 1g throttle body with 70mm outer diameter coupler style connection (see images). Fits directly to A/W intercooler setup, or easily adaptable to whatever else you're trying to do via a silicone coupler and t-bolt clamp.
Both of the above for $900 picked up, or shipped for $1000+buyers expense
