turbo timer install help

anyone can give me a quick rundown to install it? i checked the vfaq but only install for a HKS turbo timer and i dont have a brown wire

no, it came with one harness, i dont know where it plugs into. i know it goes into one of the female harness in the steering column but dont know which one. the harness that came with the turbo timer looks different from the HKS one
