What kind of software is this guy selling for $50? Does it show you everything you need for tuning and is it easy to use and understand?

It comes with the cable and an old copy of the TMO software. Tells you everything you need to know. The logger cables do not allow you to do any tuning via laptop or anything, they just allow you to log a variety of parameters while doing a run. More of a tuning aid.

From reading this post, it looks like I'm in search of the TMO software and a cable. Is there any good place to "find" the software and then buy the cable? Where would I find the right cable. What exactly would it be called, etc. I'm clueless on all of this stuff.
