Hey guys quick question looking for a fast answer

Im traveling to texas and the cotterpin and castle nut fell off of my tie rod i got lucky to get it to a hardware store.

There about to open and i need to know the thread pitch and size of the castle nut that i need to get

Your best but might be to just do some trial and error with some bolts. If they don't have a castle nut that fits get a nylock nut to get you to a dealership. I'm sure they have a gauge you could borrow for thread pitches if they won't let you try fitting a nut on outside.
