Thinking of buying this seats

I dont want to look too crazy but do you think this seats look okay? I perfer all black jdm racing seats with blue 4 point seat belts but it sold out on my watch list. I want dont want to spent over about $350. You can help me by give me link or tell me this seat will not look too fruity in my car.

I dont think they will look bad, but what is your rush? Why not wait till they are back in stock or you find them in black? I agree with you that black would look much better.

BUT that being said I do think the blue would look good also.

You should forget the 4 point and go with 3-Inch 5-Point Harness, they are SICK!!! and definitely do the camlock!

I would also go cam lock five points I've had four points an surprisingly the five is a more comfortable belt

I would not buy ebay seats. Most of them haven't been tested in crash safety so I wouldn't count on them helping if you crashed. I would recommend Cipher Auto for seats that are affordable and have been tested extensively.

Any seat that's 350 dollars for the pair (new) is going to be really, really uncomfortable and much worse than whatever you have now. I'd scour some junkyards for EVO Recaros or something of that ilk first. Hell, all you really need is a driver's seat, really.

If you have a budget of $350 then you should not even consider seats. Those cheap eBay seats are not safe and you put yourself and your passenger at risk with them.

Nrg sells really nice looking seats. I don't know if they are crash tested though.

ebay sliders are a death trap. They only lock on one side. So on impact you will twist hard. safty is nothing to cheap out on.

i would stick to stock seats myself but if you want race seats save up and get a good set.

This is not true, Cipher seats have not been crash tested last time I checked.

I'd go with Schroth harnesses. Their Autocontol harnesses are sick. They are crash tested and DOT approved. But at $300/ea new, that alone exceeds your budget. That's why you really need a bigger budget to do what you want.

Yea for real, when I was looking to do seats I figured it would be around 1200 to do it safely using evo seats. I would only use the eBay seats for a racing simulator video game thing.

Do not get a pair of seats that cost less than $400 unless you plan on buying another set right after those. If you can't afford name brand like Bride or Sparco then find some evo 8 recaros and you're good to go!
