I think it looked a heck of alot better before. Even though not the nicest tint, you'd have got more money for it before than you will now.


FYI, first heavy rain, sleet or hail storm you have, expect to repaint that. Experience here. I've got 6 or so DSM's setting back home in a field. I used identical paint to paint over the windows on the outside to keep the sun from killing the interior (works well). However, each summer when I go back, I have to paint the windows again because a quater to half the paint is gone. (ie spotted)

Keep in mind though windows are smooth. I sanded the whole car so the paint actually sticks. But if that does happen, thats ok! I have paint left, Ill just slop on another coat when that happens. This car only has to last me until september, then it will become a parts car, so I cant say I care too much about the hail or anything

It has really bad toe out and that tire was down to the cords. I just robbed one off the red one in the back ground to get me by til I have time to get an alignment and some tires

ah yes the good ole internet 50 dollar paint job.. commonly seen on Honda and Mopar forums. The sad thing is, it really does work, if done right it looks like $2k paint job.

Good thing Brian and I live a few miles away or we would have to duke it out to see who has the most dsm crap at their house.

96 tsi awd in my garage, 91 tsi awd in my street, 95 gst in driveway, 91 tsi awd in drive way, and if my brother comes over I have a 91 gst in the driveway too!

just for the record I would have more in the garage but a turbo crx is in my way!

The lime wasnt a horrible color. It just wasn't "me". When you see a lime green car you expect to see the driver with a reverse upside down visor and some flip flops, not a long haired pierced weirdo So far I'm happy with my Dutch Boy/Wagner combo.
