fit on my 1996 talon esi? would the 96 eclipse headlights work on the 96 talon?

and would the chrome housing with the blue projector be a blue ring instead of a clear one?

ok so what does it mean by Chrome Housing/Clear Projector i know the chrom housing means the inside is chrome but whats the clear? is that mean the headlights are the white color or is it the lens thats clear?

and for the chrome housing and blue projector would mean the lens is blue?

The clear/blue is the color of the ion or projector.
