I have a 2g talon and I'm looking for a suspension set up that will be good down the strip and good on a road course

Alright here's what it is coming down. I narrowed it down to a couple set ups
kyb gr2's with H&R sports 450

tokico ILK240 springs and struts 550

kyb gr2's with ground control 700ish

or koni yellows with h&r springs used 530

or I might just say to hell with the budget and good big. someone please help me justify this!!!!

megan coilovers special deal 850

ISC coilovers also a special deal

I really want to say to hell with it and go with ISC coilovers but I need help justifying it! either that or i'm really leaning towards the used koni yellows

so out of everything up there what is the best bang for the buck?

Makes sure you figure in a camber kit so when you lower it, you can keep the wheels aligned. Drop and tuck is nice but changing tires because camber is off not so nice. After getting the suspension on and done you will need to do a 4wheel alignment. I didn't see them on your list but I had Tein S-tech springs with Eibach struts and loved it, just my opinion but i can't stand coilovers. My personal experience with coilovers has been bad: getting them all dialed in and level, one of my coilovers had the locking ring back off which allowed the coil to sag, I had an even harder time getting a good alignment...
That's just my opinion though, take it how you want :). I would do struts and drop springs, good luck!!!

I can't find drop springs with decent spring rates other than the h&r. I'm not looking to lower the car more that an in. I'm more concerned with the durably and performance. Thanks for the input tho

If you're going to spend time on a road course you're going to want Koni or better coilovers.

It doesn't matter what you pick. Pick one and just begin the process of learning what your car needs on the road course. People will go back and forth on a simple questions like this, but the reality is that you need to build that foundation of knowledge first, because if you don't know what you are feeling or what your hands are doing on the steering wheel, what improvements can you honestly make to improve the car?

Now if the question was regarding just a suspension for the street, then that's totally different.
