Sunroof leaks help!!!

Hey guys,
My brother has a 95 GST and his sunroof is leaking when it rains really hard.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Is it just a seal?

The drain tube is probably clogged. Mine leaked once in the winter when water froze in the drain tube, but I ran a stiff wire through it and broke up all the ice. The drains are on the corners of the sunroof and they drain behind the fenders.
