i need a step by step guide on taking and engine out of my 94 eclipse... i have the 1.8L, and ill be taking it out soon, any help would be greatly appreciated.

just use common sence, same as with any motor. drain the fluids, unplug the electrical, remove all the air stuff/raditor hoses, fuel lines, remove the trans, get a chain on the motor, undo the mounts and lift it out of there ;)

Thanks, I already removed the cooling system, and a/c condensor, exhaust, and throttle body, and intake manifold. drained the "oil"(seems to be more gas than oil, so im just going to do a 4g63 swap...), but there is still some up under the valve cover, like a fairly good bit. So what should i do about that?

I just noticed that link up there... I already have the haynes manual... but im still wondering what to do about the oil that is still up under the valve cover.
