Took over two weeks for me to get my studs

And they sent 7 (8mm studs/washers/nuts), 2 (10mm washers/nuts) and 0 (10mm Studs)

Great.. now I'll be waiting for yet another week for the remaining studs to come

Whats going on over there?

The order was placed on Thanksgiving. We replied on Tuesday (one business day after the order was placed, we were off Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving) letting you know that the order was going to be about a week before it shipped because we were getting caught up from the short holiday week and we were short one guy for two weeks because he was on vacation.
You then submitted a paypal dispute saying we never contacted you. We shipped out the order on Tuesday and it is possible that the M10 studs were missed, there was a lot of packaging going on and we are only human.

The two M10 studs are packaged and on their way. They are only coming from Philadelphia so you should have them by Wed/Thursday.

We are sorry for the mix up.

Anyone know how to get a hold of this person/company. I am not recieving any response from emails.

As I mentioned in my response to your email...
We handle our orders and payments first. Once our orders are completed with postage printed we then respond to the other general email messages. It has only been 1 day since your email was sent and we do our best to respond as quickly as possible.

There is also an option in many email programs to flag/tag a message as urgent. This is another way to quickly get a message through (not just to us, but to anyone).

I'd also like to mention that when placing orders through Paypal, please make sure your shipping address is correct. This is basically your shopping cart and order, it is up to the buyer to make sure their information is accurate before you pay.

Well I had updated to my new address but it reverted to the old one, no idea why, so now I just deleted the previous address.

It would be nice to have a number to get ahold of your company, but there isnt, so I expected pretty quick reply's from emails since it seems to be the only way to make contact. I know if I owned a company and the only way for contact with customers is with email, I would check and reply constantly/quickly.

I'm not sure what to tell you about paypal, before you commit to pay they normally display your shipping address. Even if you added an address you need to make the new one your default/primary.

I don't think that a response time of one day is unreasonable for customer support. You'd be lucky to do better than that with most internet based companies. Again, if this was important, there are tags that can be placed in the email to mark as important/urgent. We respond to messages in the order that they are received so in this case there were a number of other inquiries that were ahead of yours.

Immediate responses is unrealistic at the prices we offer, there is just no way that it would happen. We try to balance responsiveness (to production and shipping first, then questions/inquiries) and cost. From the beginning our goal was to offer a low cost alternative to some of the big named brands for the DSM community. In order to have immediate responses we would have to add a person, which would raise prices and work against why we started making these studs to begin with.

Well put!
