Hey guys what's up. I have a 95 talon tsi. When I bought the car there were newer 6x9's in the back but the left one didn't work. I figured that it might be my deck and I already had a new one so I threw it in and still nothing to the back left. I took new speaker wire, ran it through the car, and spliced it right into the harness. Still nothing. The only thing that I'm finding kinda strange is that I can hear some static type noise when I connect then disconnect the wires to the terminals on the speaker. Any suggestions? I thankyou guys in advance for any and all recommendations.

When you have the unit out run some wire from one of the working speaker's to the one you are having trouble with. If it doesn't work it's a bad speaker. if it does work then keep it hooked up;) :p
