SO, i install stage 3 suspension on my mr and it turns like crap HELP

like you read it tunred better on stock. mine is not tuned at all. how do you know how to tune and if anyone has this setup what are you running on the full customizable suspension on the mr.


i have

racing chip
stage 2 turbo
racing exhaust
stage 1 weight reduction
racing brakes


help me make this thign handle

First off tune your suspension...

and then get the ayc it handles like a dream with everything but the power mods done... then I put it up to 390 hp and it is fastin the straight and even faster in the turns.... you don't need turbo upgrades... you just need to keep speed in the corners....

ok... Stiffen up the suspension alot... a little more stiff in the front then in the back... like

for shocks (i think 15 is the highest)
13 in front
11 in back

for sway bars
rear sway bar full strength front leave stock (or about 2 less stiff)

*edit* oh yeah lower the car to 100mm front and rear

everything else in the suspension tweaking make it 1 -2 points stiffer.

I use the s2 tires... they are good enough and last pretty well for longer races...

and get the first 2 stages of the lightweight, that will help alot... I will take a screen shot of my setup and post a pic for you after work.
 
Here's my setup and it turns like a dream.

Spring rate: 10 front 12 rear
Ride Heigth: 122mm 122mm
Shock setting: 4 front 8 rear
Swaybar setting: 2 front 6 rear
Brake bias: 8 front 10 rear

You should love the way it handles set like that. :thumb: :dsm:
