S-AFC vs S-AFC II?

What's the real difference? Is there one? I can't see anything on Apexi's site that would indicate anything....

The only thing I would see as a usable difference would be the 12 tuning points instead of 8 tuning points

Oh and maybe being able to store two fuel maps instead of one.

they do the same thing, the 2 has more add on features. I'd say go with the 2
