Rim Color??? need opinions

so I got a set of GST alloy rims. the alloy is peeling in a few places and they just don't look very sexy. anyways, i want to paint them black like i did on the last set of rims i had. I plan on painting the lip blue, but my question is do you guys think i should go semi gloss black, or full gloss black???

i saw an RSX type-s that had its rims powder coated flat black and then the lip was powder coated fluorescent blue. it looked so damn good im going to do it to my snow rims.

Gloss, and get them powdercoated they will look so good and last longer!!

Gloss. But some like gold or bronze look good flat.
