[RESOLVED] Power window relay gets power to trip from???

My power windows won't work and instead of being something simple like the fuse or relay, its not getting power to the relay from the small blue/red stripe wire to trip the relay. I apply power to that wire and the relay clicks over and everything works. So were does the relay, more specifically the blue with red stripe wire that trips it get its power from. I assume some wire that goes hot when i turn the key but I have no idea if thats under the dash or under the hood.

That power comes from the ignition key switch through the 10A fuse #3 (3rd from upper left) in the inside fusebox. I suggest removing that fuse and test it's continuity.

Dude your a genius!
I knew I checked all the fuses and I knew they were all good.
I'm glad you said which one because in no way do I relate "heater relay" which is what it says on the box with an ignition relay.
Anyway there is nothing in the fuse space next to it and it was moved over one. Moved it back and it works.
I was driving myself crazy, couldn't find anything burnt out anywhere
