2G Rear not sitting level

I have the car on sportline springs and the rear looked to sit level until I just used the rear camber kit (washers and bolts). Anyways does it matter where you tighten the bolts in the picture? I feel like I tightened one side higher than the other.
64185 and 64184 are the ones I am talking about.

Did you settle the suspension after putting it back on the ground or is it still like that after driving it?

I had the car jacked up when I tightened those bolts. Then I dropped it and it is higher on that side. I am thinking it is not settling because those bolts are too tight. Would that make sense? Should I put a jack under the knuckle and compress it up and then tighten them?

Bounce the higher side up and down a bit and see if it settles. How far apart are we talking about anyway?

2 fingers on low side and 3 on the high. You can visually tell a difference

Also can someone show me a thread or location that has the tprque specs for those bolts?
