rear drum to rotor

i am installing my turbo this month and would like to increase my stopping power aswell. I am getting slotted rotors for the front, but I want rotors on the back too and I only have drums. A shop quoted me 1500 but I do not want to pay that much for em. What parts do I need and how much work is involved?

I assume I could get rotors & calipers for the FRONT off a 95-99 GS, GST, or GSX also? I have the GSX wheels so I don't see why it wouldn't work. I need new front calipers anyway so doing it with the conversion.

And a shop quoted you $1500 for that? I hope you save your money.
