Rattle plus Random/multi misfire code

I got back from a dyno run and my engine sounds like someone is playing a snare drum in there plus it gave a misfire or multiple misfire code what could it be? (please not a bent valve) I dont know if I should drive it tommorow or not

i'm having a similar problem - ever find a solution?

If Iremember right, the crank bearings went out and the pistons were moving in the block 90 thousenths, a lot more then it should got a 1g engine and have since moved on to a Evo.
