original window sticker for my car that reads- 1997 Eagle Talon TSI -auto -fwd -turbo and 51% made in america. (now is m/t and will soon be awd)

i have my sticker also, $22,930..mine says 73%usa/canada, 19% JDM...you do the math

I have sitting in my parents shed back home, a set of 1997 Eagle Talon Only Rear Quarter windows, you know those ones that were different in shape? I got a set of those to put on my eclipse, before I got the talon.

Now thats the most rare part out of all the DSM's, More rare then EDM and JDM Tail lights and Cyclone intakes.

I was also told by some people that ABS is kinda rare, my 94 AWD has ABS.

You should really try to find the other 8% of your car they never made...

I've got the cargo cover on my 1G, and i know theres a couple in a junkyard near me, they had 8 1G's in this yard and i know 2 or 3 had it in there. Unfortunately I got kicked out of said junkyard ### the guy who runs it is kinda old and doesn't like "kids".
Also my door handles are still in quite good condition, didnt even have the slightest idea that was a common problem.

And a question to end on... how many 1G's have a working trunk lock in the taillight? mine doesn't, 2 of my friends with 1G's dont, a couple in that junkyard that still had keys in them didn't... So i've yet to see one of them function, probably a common failure. Inside release still works good.

I dont think there is alot of these flooting around. Alberts manifold

My truck lock works fine on my 91. Hell, speaking of, everything in the interior of mine looks brand new still, not even a single stain

My hatch lock works just like new in my 93 TSi. I agree with this man^^ everything is good on the interior, minus the no spare tire and stuff and also no sun shade.

My car itself is rare, last year made and a very limit production of AWD Turbo( i think 5000 were made only), plus the silver paint with the blue tint when its dark outside.

i was told in 98 it was a little over 4000 made, 1000 being turbo, and 400 of that being awd:thumb:

my car is a true canadian model, which is sweet, not retractable seatbelts, and the owners manual is a mixture of french and english, same goes with the fuse block cover, and my dash is also in kilometers. True JDM from the factory

I think its funny how there really aren't any rare parts out there for our cars. Most people who are into sport compacts have a car that at one time was made or sold in Japan. You know, all the Honda guys, 240sx owners, EVO folks, etc. They all have their uber-hawt JDM parts. Not us. We don't have that. And frankly, most of us don't give a damn. ;)

Speaking of evo owners LOL,I have evo injectors, evo manifold, evo MAS,evo shift knob.I know these parts arent rare but not always on a dsm!!!

I knew there were some out there. My interior is also pretty clean, it was spotless when i got it, and now the owrst of its problems is a dirty floor mat.

on my 92 GSX, i have ABS and stock limited slips(slips were replaced) and stock chrome 5 spoke 16" rims. i have never seen my rims on any other eclipse before, so i think theyre rare. my trunk lock and hatch work like new, and the interior and exterior are 98% mint(small paint chip turned into rust about dime size, and tiny tear on drivers seat seam)
