Ralliart front lip install (97-99 front end)

Has any one installed on of these? It fits great, but came with no instructions/parts. I was gonna screw into the inner fender area of the bumper to tack it, and use some 3M adhesive tape (like whats used for side skirts, etc.) for the lower front area. I am doing all body work myself, and I know what I am doing, but I wanna make sure it is professional q, and wanted to see if anyone had any insight on it.

Can you post some pics of it? I'd definitely suggest bolting them on as they actually create downforce (bend down) at high speeds so tape probably won't hold it.
