Recently got a hole in my radiator so invested on a new Koyo radiator. Should be here tomorrow. I was thinking on going ahead and buying smaller aftermarket radiator fans because I know my next mod I want to do is save up for a FMIC. Searching on the good 'ol "get what you pay for" site - eBay.. I found these fans. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SPAL...33600QQitemZ8001362383QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW

Anyways I just want to double check on a couple things..

- Will these have sufficient flow for my car? I want to run both of them as if they are my normal stock fan on my passenger side. ie- having them both turn on to pull air through the radiator when the coolent temp says to do so.

- How exactly would I go about wiring these. Since I have 4 wires on my OE fan harness and I'm assuming these have 2 each just like the other after market ones. Which 2 wires do I hook together?

- Just overall.. What do you think?

Thank you very much guys. :thumb:

Well first off, you don't need the slim fans when you are running a front mount, they only help your clearance when you get a bigger turbo. Personally, I'd keep the stock radiator fan and get a slimline A/C compressor fan if you must 'upgrade'.

What I did was wire my A/C compressor fan and a pusher slimline fan mounted in front of the A/C compresor, to my radiator fan. That way when the coolant temps hit 210*, all three come on.

I've the the wiring diagram of the fans for a 2g, but Im not sure if its the same for a 1g. Just take a live wire testor/volt meter and let your car idle till the radiator fan comes on, and see which wire has power. Then wire all of your fans to that positive wire.

Wow - Quick reply. Thanks for the help, friend. :thumb:
btw.. blackGSX2g - I love your sig. Your car looks so mean :)

Anyone else have any feedbacks/reviews?

I should get my radiator today (expected arrival date is 9/19) .. So we will see how I like the stock fans on the new radiator. . I might keep the stock one on passanger and go slimline for the ac compressor but im still unsure.
