question about crankshaft pulley

hey guys,umm i got a really important question the question is::

Does my crankshaft pulley suposed to move??cause my belts broke and i dunno why?? so im thinking cause of moving crankshaft pulley but not sure

Did you try searching for either of you last two questions?

You'll find a ton of threads on how a bad ECT or broken wires to the ECT caused the car not to start.

Have you gone and looked at it since Keith was kind enough to show you where it is?

yeaah i checked the sensor ,but everything seems to be ok the wires are good the connector itself still good ,i didn't mesure the voltage,but i will as soon as the rain stops

ok i took out crank balancer and the lower timing cover,and i checked the marks and the crank sprocket was 5 teeth's off the timing ( ,but the thing is i found little peaces of plastic timing cover and a peace of old belt between the crank sprocket teeths.but when i changed my belts and crankshaft balancer i tryed to start my car,and i did like 5-6 times,is it possible that i bent the valves??? cause right now i don't have anything to check compression with

ok so if i bent the valves what kind of valves you guys suggest me to go with,i mean which way is better to go : stock valves or oversized valves??? if ill go oversized what should i have to do???? running with oversized valves

oversized requires machine work .

so if ill put oversized valves ,what gains would i get from them???
