WTFso i took my block to a meachine shop so they could check the ptw. the guy told me that it was at .004 almost .005. on the spec sheet that came with the pistons said that the PTW had to be .006. the guy told me that .006 was to much. and that if i do .006 is was going to get alot of SLAP. so what do you guys think:confused:.

Well what is your build. Can't answer than without knowing... Some of us HAVE to run more PTW. I personally run .006 but that is because I run nitrous, 45+PSI, alcohol and high compression.

Yes you WILL have a little slap at .006 but in general if you allow the car to warm up properly you should be fine. I would go more for the .004 range however if you aren't building a race engine..

i was trying trying go in between street and race. right now im running dsmlink, evo 3 16g turbo , 255walbro, FPR. planning on running 3" ex-pipe
