psi limit on stock 1g

I got a stock 1g eith 96k, its all stock, air filter, act, exhaust and all. I'm slowly building boltons and then tunning management like ecmlink lite. What is the safest psi I can run with my stock setup? I don't wanna throw a rod or anything. I'm thinkinh14-15. It doesnt have the fuelpump rwire either.
