Well, sportlines settled and were too low/soft. Pro-kit with illuminas has been cool. I can't have anyone in the car tho, or the rear tires scrub. On the way to and from NOPI, with luggage, etc... OMG, the rear tires rubbed HORRIBLY. What are some slightly stiffer springs that offer the same ride height as the pro kit?

About the only info i can give you is to roll the fenders or get some really stiff springs. I dropped mine and the ride is really stiff. Im not rubbing though and im riding on 19s.

BTW i gto full coilovers so that might be a bit of a difference

Doesn't Eibach carry a lifetime guarantee on their springs not settling?

Yeah, maybe... but they settled and they don't hold weight. I don't wanna replace over and over. If I replace, it'll be a better spring. :thumb:

Maybe I'll just end up with air ride. Who knows? It's just so expensive. I've heard a good air ride setup runs around $2,000. I'm just not sure it'll be cool for driving. I like the handling aspect and don't care to give that up to have an all show, nothing else car. :|

I've had good sucess with air ride on my old dodge. I pieced together an airride kit from ebay parts, and I modified my control arms to accomodate for the bags.
It had an Awesome ride, but even with the bags inflated to about 170 psi, The handling ofthe truck was worse than it was stock.
I could go to the drag strip and inflate the rears all the way, drop the front an inch off the ground, and get a perfect launch. I could also drag some insane frame, but that's a different story.

Are you rubbing on the fender or the inner control arm? Roll your fender, also, is your offset correct?

Setting your illuminas too a higher setting can help. Mine might hit at 1 at not at 3 for exampe.

Almost all the lowering springs suck. The only one I know of that is a little higher and stiffer is the H&R OEM springs which lower about an inch even. If i were you i would just get ground controls so you will no longer have this issue. You've already had problems with the same component twice, why waste your time and money to get another inferior product. Do it right the first time.

You haven't gotten an answer because you suck at sentence construction. Which spring kit did you install? One minute you say sportlines, the other you say prokits. They are totally different in height and possibly spring rate as well. Which one is it? Did you install the necessary camber kits to correct your alignment to ensure that you don't have clearance issues? Sounds like you didn't install something that was needed, installed something wrong and/or something is broken.
