Pocketloggers in Rockville area

Hey just wondering if anyone has a pocket logger around the rockville area. After over a year my car is technically driveable but it runs like a geo. Long story short, 550cc failed during a dyno tune so 450cc were put back in and the car was put deep in to rich by the afc. It sounds like a driveby when I roll around the block and the check engine light came on. If anyone can help out it'd be great, thanks.

The car is now in hagerstown and is stumping a mitsu tech on what could be the problem. Help would much appreciated.

I live about 5 minutes from Twinbrook Metro station. As far as the car goes, no sir that was not me. I have a red gsx with a front mount and black stock gsx rims. The car has been down for about a month now because of a couple transmission related problems.
