I hadn't even read the replies before forming my opinion and yet I decided I liked #2 the best as well. Good job on the scheme ideas.

i don't think you should go with any of these. on regular street cars, large, two-tone jobs just look out of place, sometimes tacky (ricey). if you want a great looking street 1g, keep it simple (find one great solid color, or maybe two-tone it like a 1ga?)

I would try using a more subtle mix of colors like black and gray, maroon and charcoal, red and light met charcoal. Something like that. Metallics usually look good as a second color, or transition color.
