Pacesetter, right place wrong pace ?

So my friend want's to sell me his 3" Pacesetter Ceramic Coated Downpipe with 3" stainless steel flex pipe. This is brand new and comes with all hardware to install it.

As it is I have no mods, so is this something I should even consider at this point ? Also is his $175 asking price fair ?

Get a k&n filtercharger also and cut the aircan or remove it. As for the exhaust, a 3" downpipe probably won't fit the stock 02 housing very well without modifying. Unless the downpipe eliminates the cat you will need a high flow cat or test pipe plus a catback system.
