need help with gen 1

hey so i need someone to come buy and check out my gen 1 its strating to run funny and i cant figure whats wrong with it and i need someone to tell me if i need a rebuild kit or if its fixable.
i cant explain whats wrong with it you would just have to drive it and see what i am talking about i live in marysville and i need some thats willing to help me out thanks i em willing to pay for you time as long as it isn't to much for you time.

loss of power and some bucking

all right i got he car we got the car running but know its spiting and sputring at about 4 to 5.5 rpm what do you guys think it could be

Have you looked at the CAPS in the ECU? if someone does'nt know if they have been replaced its the first thing I look at just to be sure
I've seen a few leaking caps the stated to burn the board and caused it to cut out right in that range...

ya that what i have a guy doing for me he is puting bigger cap in it so i wont have the overload leak problem again
