misfire problem

ok so when im in 4th and 5th gear in the low rpms my car feels like its about to stall and the cel comes on saying misfire....i got a tune up with new plugs wires, ect...and i still have the problem. THe car is compelty stock besides the evo 16g turbo which is running at 10 psi...any suggestions thanks!

Its kind of hard to diagnose this without more info.
What speed, rpm, approx throttle position.
Also, do you know what plugs and plug wires you are running?
Do you know the plugs are properly gapped?
What else did the tune up involve?

Sorry to answer your question with more questions, but any extra info will help give a better idea of what is going on.
