I'm in FOR SURE. I think that everyone that's posted above pretty much said that they're in for sure. The only thing that would prevent any of us from not showing up would be not knowing where they're supposed to show up to. For God's sake somebody name a time and place!!! Even if you aren't showing up (nobody will know the dif), for any east siders that may be reading this I WILL be at the Chevron station closest to the I-90/I-82 junction in Ellensburg on Aug. 4th (I'm not sure what time, at this point though, due to me not knowing when I/we should arrive in Issaquah/Bellevue/Seattle/wherever, for that pre-meet).

I know a buddy of mine from my work would love to go.

Anyways...as for a good place to meet up how about krispy kremes in Issaquah, where we did the big multi forum meet. There will be plenty of room (Home Depot shares the same parking lot) we can stick to the back so there are no complaints, and I'm sure theyw ould not have an issue with us parking there as they have seen a TON of business from us last year at the multi-forum meet. No burn outs or things like that to get cop attention. Then we can just shoot over the floating bridge to seattle and cruise together to HIN.

As for a time to meet up I say we meet at 3 pm when HIN starts, if everyone is there (some people running a little late or car issues) it will give us plenty of time to chat for a bit, grab a donut or a couple things from the local Home Depot, as well as wait for some of the late folks, and take a few pictures and what not. Then we can cruise over an hour before HIN starts and find a nice parking place for all of us.

Edit: as far as meeting in Southcenter or Tacoma I think that it would be best to meet in a more central location. I'm sure the east of the mountain guys do not want to drive clear from over there to Tacoma, THEN to Seattle. I think Issaquah is great for the South North and East folks! Let me know if this work for everyone!

+1 DSM Zak... that sounds GREAT!! Thank you for coming up with a plan. And, i totally agree that I do NOT want to drive all the way south on 18, just to come right back up I-5. I say bump the meet in Issaquah up to 1:30 though. I'd really like to get to HIN an hour or so prior due to parking issues... especially if we all want to park together.

UPDATE: If the Issaquah/Krispy Kreme meet is at 3:00, I'll be at the Chevron in Ellensburg at 1:15 and will be departing no sooner then 1:30. That will give us 1 1/2 hours to get to Issaquah, which we'll probably arrive a little bit early at.

ya im down to roll but the directions up the pre-meet shit 1hour and 45 mins up to the pre-meet seems pretty long for a drive for me. but ya i'll still roll it'll just take me a while to get up there. from the lacey and olympia area.

Well guys i wanted to roll with ya'll but i can't get this damn crankshaft pulley off so no go for me im gonna go up on saturday in a (cough nissan cough) i wish i could have got my car runnin in time ... hope you guys have a blast.... post some pics or something for those of us that can't be there... thanks..

Looks like I may be able to make it everyone! I started to pull my tranny and not a half hour into it noticed my cv join boot was completly in two pieces with grease everywhere...soooo I think I blew my CV axles on that hard launch...

one thing I also noticed when it happened was a clunking noise. so I immediatly checked driveline, rear axles, fron axles yada yada and they all seemed firm. well to tow it home me and my dad couldnt get a flatbed trailer anywhere so we pulled the rear axles and put it on a tow dolly. it would NOT drive without the rear axles in it...it made a grinding gear noise as if the tranny was spinning over but the cv axles are broken and they are just spinning in the tranny or somthing to that sort. if this is the case I will go all over and find some damn axles and be there Saturday WITH me and a buddy of mine and his 95 TSi awd. if not ill be riding with him in his car.

alright the car i'll be driving is a 90 eclipse gsx with paint fade on the hood in one big spot. and sporting my big front mount that i have ont it. so ya i'll be there. may be alittle early im thinkin. either that or i'll be right on time all depends on trafffic and the corperation of my car and yes i'll deffinently be bringing tools just in case of anything goin wrong on the way up there. so see every one there
