loud screeching noise from PS ?

My power steering to AC belt recently like SNAPPED off or something, I remember it starting with me having no power steering, and the AC wasn't working, So I put another on it. Now sometimes when I turn it ALL THE WAY, it makes a LOUD LOUD screeching noise, and now it has escalated to a screeching noise when i turn moderately sharp. Can anyone help me please?

Check the crank pulley (harmonic balancer), it's probably separated.
